The gardens of Isola Madre, Isola Bella and the Rocca Borromeo (in Angera) re-open from Friday 23rd March 2012, after the closing period - which began last October.

The Spring Festival has been programmed - from 23rd to 28th March - in order to celebrate the long awaited re-opening of the gardens. The colors of thousands of tulip bulbs of Isola Bella and Isola Madre will explode in endless shades of colors, while the gardens of the medieval fortress of Angera will be enlivened by the first blooms of giant daisies and over one hundred varieties of violets.
